Dine with Draxa: Gluten free isn’t flavour free.

Hello everybody, and welcome to my blog!

I’m a 31year old parts admin with a passion for food, art, flavour, and trying new things.

I have to eat gluten free, so it’s given me an excuse to bring out the skills I have and eat as deliciously as I can in the comfort of my own home.

In 2012 I took a challenge upon myself to update this blog at least once a week, with food I’ve made from scratch. I did it!

Not bad considering it was a very difficult year. Trapped in these pages you will find my experience, fight with, and victory over follicular thyroid cancer.

You will find iodine free recipes from the period after my surgery when I needed to prepare for my iodine-131 radiation treatment.

What you find here is a year of food and experiments that helped me realize how much I love the kitchen, and the look on someones face when they taste something delicious.

Everything I cook is gluten free.
